The strongest child in the world, or rather the strongest girl in the world, was able to lift 80 kilograms at the age of 7 years.
Within two years, the Canadian child from Otara Province, Rory Van Olft (7 years old), won the title of “The Strongest Girl in the World”, just two years after she started weightlifting.
Rory won the first championship in her US athletic record, in the 80-kilogram weight class, at the U11 National Championships.

Rory spends nine hours a week exercising, and her father confirms that she enjoys weightlifting and that her safety is a concern for the coaches.
The strongest girl in the world says, “I am very focused on getting the job done, so I put everything out of my mind and focus on the weights I have to lift.” Rory adds, “I love being stronger, and this makes me exercise a lot and try constantly.”
Rory's father added that his daughter participated in the American championship due to the absence of a national youth championship in Canada, indicating that she feels proud of breaking a new record.
