Globally, as one of the strongest armies in the world, Iran came in fourteenth place globally, as one of the strongest armies in the Middle East and the world, followed closely by Egypt, in fifteenth place, as one of the largest and most powerful armies in the world and the Middle East, while Israel was in seventeenth place.
